Accessibility

My commitment
I want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology.
The standard I aim for
I build the site to aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. I do not claim that the site conforms to it. I have not had it formally audited, so I make no claim of full or partial conformance.
How it is checked
- Automated testing with axe-core. At the last run on 2026-10-01 it reported zero violations.
- Manual keyboard checks: moving through the page without a mouse, with a visible focus.
- Manual colour contrast checks.
What has not been checked
The site has not had a manual screen-reader audit by me or by a third party. Automated tools find only part of the possible problems, so barriers may exist that I have not found. The site is a single static page with no forms, video, audio or embedded content, which limits where problems can arise, but that does not guarantee anything.
Report a barrier
If you cannot use something, or find it hard, please email [email protected]. Tell me the page, what you were trying to do, and, if you are willing, the browser and assistive technology you use. I aim to reply within a few business days and will work to fix the problem or offer the information another way.
Updates
I will update this statement when I run a new check or make a significant change.
